01General Terms and Conditions

Ku915 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Platform and the user (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "member"). By registering an account, playing games, or using any service on ku915, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail. ku915 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and changes will take effect upon publication on the Platform.

02Account Register

• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts will be suspended and any funds held may be forfeited.

• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Ku915 may request identity documents or other verification materials at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) purposes.

Ku915 reserves the right to verify any account after registration. If any information is found to be false during verification, the account will be closed immediately.

03Age & Eligibility

Ku915 is intended solely for individuals who are legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws of their country. If online gaming is prohibited in your country or region, please refrain from using ku915. Full legal responsibility in such cases rests with the user.

04Deposit Policy

Deposits on ku915 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Important information regarding deposits:

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 500 (five hundred).
• Maximum Deposit: BDT 1,00,000 (one lakh) per day; separate limits apply for VIP members.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Ku915 does not cover any bank charges or transfer fees incurred after a deposit is made.

05Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all withdrawals from ku915:

• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 1,000 (one thousand).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.
• Ku915 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.
• Withdrawals may be cancelled and investigated if unusual or suspicious activity is detected.

06Bonus Terms

Ku915 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Please read the following terms carefully before claiming any bonus:

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of BDT 10,000.
• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw any bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered at least 20 times.
• Validity: If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple individuals from the same household or IP address may not claim bonuses separately.
• Ku915 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Ku915 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and any associated winnings if bonus abuse is suspected.

07Gaming Rules

The following rules must be observed at all times while playing on ku915:

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) system, which is fully impartial and verifiable.
• Any dispute regarding a game result must be raised with Customer Support within 72 hours of the game ending.
• Ku915 is not liable for any game interruption caused by loss of internet connection; the last state recorded on the server will be considered final.
• Ku915 reserves the right to void any winnings or rewards that are incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.

08Prohibited Activities

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating artificial or structured betting patterns to fulfill bonus conditions.
• Fraud: Opening an account with false information or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Software Manipulation: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to play games.
• Third-Party Payments: Using another person's payment method for deposits or withdrawals.

09Account Closure & Suspension

Ku915 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• For security reasons or upon instruction from the relevant authorities.

Members may request account closure at any time through customer support. Any withdrawable balance will be returned before the account is closed; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.

10Limitation of Liability

Ku915 accepts no liability for the following:

• Disruption to gameplay due to internet connectivity issues.
• Issues caused by third-party software or hardware.
• Force majeure events, including natural disasters, war, government-imposed restrictions, and similar circumstances.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the member's own negligence.

In all circumstances, ku915's maximum liability shall not exceed the total balance held in that member's account.

11Privacy & Data Protection

• Member information is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed in response to a lawful request from law enforcement authorities.
• Anonymised data may be used for service improvement purposes.

12Changes to Terms & Effectiveness

Ku915 reserves the right to amend, update, or revoke these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice will be posted on the Platform before changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the rules of the International Gaming Commission.
